APPLICATION
Using your ring finger which naturally applies the lightest pressure, dot a very small amount along the orbital bone beneath each eye. Pat gently inward toward the inner corner and upward toward the outer corner. Never rub or drag. The skin here has no subcutaneous fat layer and stretches easily with repeated pulling.
